Is my package insured while in transit?

Provident Metals fully insures all its shipments. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you, it will be covered by our insurance policy subject to the conditions set forth in this Section 13 of our Terms & conditions. Please read this section of the Terms and Conditions carefully. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we file a claim. We reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.
