My Order Was Canceled Because It Was “High-Risk.” What Does This Mean?

Our risk prevention measures verify cred/debit card payments and when a higher-than-average risk applies to your order it is canceled and labeled high risk. These prevention measures are in place to protect all of our customers. If funds were charged to your credit/debit card, they will be refunded within 48 hours of cancellation. If you’d like to place a new order, we recommend using paper check or bank wire transfer. After making a payment through paper check or bank wire transfer, you will be able to charge purchases to a credit/debit card in the future.
