How Long Do I Have To Wait For My USPS Tracking To Update Before You Will File A Claim?

A package is not consider lost or stolen by the USPS until 5 days have passed since the last tracking update. This excludes Sundays and federal holidays. Although unlikely, in the event your tracking does not update by the 5th day, we will initiate the claims process. Before the 5th day, we can only notify USPS of the situation.

In the event your tracking stops updating, please give us a call within five (5) business days of the last update. Our Claims Department will then contact USPS.
