What’s The Difference Between PR69 and PF69?

Both of these are grades used for proof coins that indicate the coin has a numerical grade of 69 on the Sheldon numerical scale, which tops out at 70. PR is the designation used by the PCGS for proof coins, while PF is the designation used by the NGC for proof coins.
