Free Shipping - If your order is $99 or more, and you live anywhere in the U.S. (all 50 states), shipping is on us! Should you choose to order less than $99, you’ll pay just $5.95 for shipping, still the best rate in the industry. We only ship to the United States and Canada at this time. Orders shipped to Canada do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders are shipped only after receipt of good funds. Orders paid by bank wire, credit card, Bitcoin, cashiers check, or postal money orders usually ship within 1-5 business days. Orders paid by personal check are held for at least 5 business days before processing.
A majority of orders are shipped via USPS & FedEx. UPS and Brinks are also used on occasion at our discretion. If you would like to use a specific shipping service, please contact Customer Service at (800) 313-3315 or (469) 317-3500 for a custom shipping quote.
All orders are shipped fully insured.

All packages include signature confirmation and require a signature to be received.
All packages shipped via USPS will be shipped First Class, Priority or Express Mail.
All orders totaling $1,500 or more will be shipped FedEx when possible.
You will be notified by email when your package(s) ships.
All packages are shipped securely in inconspicuous packaging and give no indication of contents. Boxes may or may not be addressed from "Provident."
Some oversized packages may be shipped Federal Express or UPS.
Free shipping is based upon order subtotal.
DGGold and DGSilver ounces sold to you are stored in the custody of the Royal Canadian Mint, and therefore incur no shipping charges. However, you will still be asked to enter or confirm your shipping address at the time of the order in the event that you choose to convert your digital holdings to physical bullion from our inventory. Provident’s regular shipping rates and policies apply when converting DGGold or DGSilver to physical bullion.

International Shipping - We are currently shipping to Canada, however these orders must be placed by phone. All Canadian customers are required to call (877) 395-3107 during our regular business hours to place their orders. Acceptable payment methods are limited to wire transfers, bank drafts, cashiers checks, and money orders for international orders. At this time, we may ship to other countries on a case-by-case basis depending on USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping policies. Additional costs may be incurred. Please call during normal business hours to find out if we can ship to your country. See our FAQ page for more information on international shipping.
Lost packages will receive a refund no sooner than 30 days after the shipment date or be re-shipped at our discretion. If there is an issue with your order such as missing or damaged items, we need to be contacted within 5 business days of the receipt of your package. Please retain your packing slip as it contains necessary information for verification purposes.
