What happens if there is an issue with my order?

We pride ourselves on being the best in the industry and our customer's satisfaction is of the utmost importance. However, we are human and we do make mistakes on occasion. If we have made a mistake, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the problem. We also ask that you fax or email a copy of the packing slip (our fax number is 469-212-8977) as well as email a picture of the label on the outside of the package so we can determine where this error occurred. It can take up to 2 business days to determine the cause of the problem and provide the correct resolution to our valued customers due to review of processes, inventory, camera footage and other proprietary security measures.
