This occurs when the address provided does not match the address linked to the credit/debit card. When this happens, your order cannot be reinstated. You will need to start a new order and correct the billing information. As you reorder, we suggest copying your address exactly as shown on your credit/debit card statement. Alternatively, you can pay for your new order with a different form of payment, such as a paper check, bank wire, or Bitcoin. With these payment methods, billing and shipping addresses do not need to match.
