In the unlikely event that your products are lost during shipping, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can launch a claims process. For items that are not recovered, you are entitled to a full reimbursement of the losses in accordance with the shipper’s insurance policy. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, you must contact us within the first two (2) days of delivery concerning any damaged packages.
