What Does “No Will Call” Mean?

UPS or FedEx shipments that include a “No Will Call” restriction mean the packages cannot be picked up from a UPS or FedEx location or simply left at the delivery address. This precaution is taken to prevent your orders from being fraudulently intercepted.

UPS or FedEx will attempt three deliveries to your address. If no one is available to sign and accept delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
