A package is not consider lost or stolen by the USPS until 15 days have passed since the last tracking update. This excludes Sundays and federal holidays. Although unlikely, in the event your tracking does not update by the 15th day, we will initiate the claims process. Before the 15th day, we can only notify USPS of the situation.
In the event your tracking stops updating, please give us a call within five (5) business days of the last update. Our Claims Department will then contact USPS.
